This works very well and is usable with voiceover!

I recommend others purchased this app, if you are also looking for a simple way to create quick links to launch your favorite shortcuts or speed dials. I like it much better than Launch Center Pro because it is simply easier to use and manage.
I hope the developers of this app continue to add more options for launching utilities and such.
Lastly, I want to think the developers for allowing easy access with the voiceover screen reader for those of us who depend on it.
